PRAYER POINTS RELATED TO PREGNANT WOMEN

These days we are hearing news about the death of many people because of Covid-19. Even pregnant women are getting affected and dying. We have to take a note of that very seriously and we have to pray for them because the woman who carries a child is one generation and the child, she carries in her womb is also a generation. So, they together constitute two generations. As the enemy tries to destroy the Godly generation, we have to pray for their protection.

Here are the few prayer points related to the protection of pregnant women:

1.     Pray for the Lord’s protection upon the mother and the child.

2.     Pray for the growth of the child and also for safe delivery.

3.     Pray that the Lord should anoint the child in the womb itself.

4.     Pray for the safety of all the family members especially the husband of the women.

5.     Pray that the Lord has to meet all the financial needs of the family.

6.     At this time, they should not be infected with covid or any other deadly disease.

7.     Pray that they should be able to overcome all the spiritual battles through the grace of the Lord.

8.     Pray that the Lord should fill them with His peace and joy.

 

The Bible says in Isaiah 66:9, “Shall I bring to the time of birth, and not cause delivery?” says the Lord. “Shall I who cause delivery shut up the womb?” says your God.

Surely, the Lord will protect each woman who carries a child in her womb. The Lord will do great things in their life. Let's continue to pray for them.

PRAY FOR AMERICA

“Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man." - Genesis 2:22

Few days before the US Supreme Court legalised the gay marriage in America. Today I saw few newspapers carried the news that few gays married in USA with joy. I felt so sad when I had read that news. How sad will the heart of God be?

Once United States of America changed its slogan and motto to ‘In God we trust.’ It produced great missionaries and servant of God and now it is turning away from God. Where it started and where it is going?

There were so many nations who had forgotten God faced the wrath of God. When God decided to make a suitable helper to Adam, He created Eve and brought her to Adam. It is God’s decision and command that a man should marry woman. 

We have to pray for America. We have to pray for homosexuals living across the world. It’s necessary. The responsibility lies upon us who knew God and His commandments. We should not run away from this responsibility. We have to share God’s burden in prayer. 

You might be reading this from USA. Remember, Supreme Court might legalize the gay marriage but that doesn’t mean that you can do that. God’s word was against it and God will judge you according to His word. So get away from this sin. But love those who were caught in the sin and pray for them. God loves sinners and we should pray for them. 

Pray for America and the countries where gay marriage is legalized. God should not show His wrath upon these nations. They should turn back to God. Pray and save America.

PLEASE PRAY FOR THE CHRISTIANS IN EGYPT AND SYRIA - TAKEN FROM A FORWARDED EMAIL

CHRISTIANS TARGETED IN SYRIA

The last haven for Christians in Syria is no longer safe. A massacre last week in the Wadi al-Nasara (“Valley of the Christians”) was the first attack on Christians there; it was previously a relatively peaceful area. More than 90,000 Christians have fled to the Wadi to escape danger in other parts of the country.

Most of the 15 Christians shot dead in the attack on 17 August were young people, two of them volunteers with our partners who are distributing aid from Barnabas to Christians in the Wadi. The incident signalled an intensification of the threat to the minority community.

Syrian Christians have long feared a repeat of what happened to their counterparts in Iraq following the US-led invasion of 2003; they were scapegoated by Islamist militants who perceived them as allies of the West because of their Christian faith. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqi Christians were forced to flee their homes as Christian communities became the objects of targeted attacks by Islamist militants.

That nightmare is fast becoming a reality in Syria.

TARGETED IN EGYPT

In Egypt, Christians are also being scapegoated, by the Muslim Brotherhood for the ousting of Islamist president Mohammed Morsi at the beginning of July. Attacks against them and their property began immediately after his removal but ratcheted up severely following the dispersal of the Brotherhood’s sit-in protests by the authorities on 14 August; more than 60 churches were torched as well as countless other Christian institutions, homes and businesses.

Reports of further attacks are continuing to come in, with Christians in Minya and Giza said to be especially at risk. The Muslim Brotherhood has reportedly taken over control of Kerdasa, Giza, and has forced all the Christian residents out.

In Deir Mawas, Minya, Islamists destroyed the facilities that supply water to the villages, leaving the residents unable to put out any further fires deliberately started in their properties.

Elsewhere, a Christian taxi driver, Rafaat Aziz Mina, was brutally murdered in Alexandria when Islamists noticed a cross hanging from his rear view mirror. Rafaat, who was in his early 20s, was dragged out of the vehicle, kicked, punched and beaten to death.

PLEASE PRAY:

For wisdom and Godly advice for Western leaders as they respond to events in the Middle East; may their actions help and not harm vulnerable Christian minorities.

For peace, order and stability to be established in Syria and Egypt, and that justice may “roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream” (Amos 5:24). That the Lord will pour out His resources to meet the needs of His people in Syria and Egypt.

For Syrian Christians, especially those who lost loved ones in last week’s massacre in the Wadi al-Nasara, that they will be able to say, “My God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation. He is my stronghold, my refuge and my saviour – from violent people you save me.” (2 Samuel 22:3)

For Egyptian Christians affected by the recent Islamist violence, that the Lord will restore church buildings and other properties that have been destroyed and give Christians courage and peace as they live under the continuing threat of attack.

PRAY FOR INDIA (IMPORTANT PRAYER POINTS REVEALED BY JESUS CHRIST)

Few days back I have attended one of the fasting prayer conducted by a famous servant of God. As he was leading the people to pray he shared two important prayer points revealed by God to him. As we are the children of God its our duty to understand the burden of God and pray according to that. So I just want to share the two important prayer points for India.

1. Recently we know that Chinese troops had set up camp near to the Ladakh region inside the Indian Territory and created a border dispute problem. Soon Indian army troops also had set up a camp on the other side. Many thought there will be a fight between Indian and Chinese troops. Then most of the people prayed for it and soon after twenty days the troops were withdrawn and peace returned to the Ladakh border region. After some days Chinese President visited India and so everyone thought that there will not be any problem.

But God said to His servants that China will continue to create problem and it will threaten India in one way or another.

So we have to pray that there should be peace in India and especially in the border region. We should pray for our neighbouring countries like Pakistan, China and Srilanka. God’s peace should reside upon India and its neighbouring countries.  Especially we have to pray for China.

2. God has also revealed that the terrorists has planned to attack the harbour cities like Tuticorin, Chennai, Vishakapattinam, etc.,

We have to pray that the plans of terrorist should not prosper and God’s protection should reside upon our nation.

You might be reading this from a foreign country. I request you also to pray for India. As you pray for other country, surely God will pour out His prayer Spirit upon you and you will be a blessing to your own nation. God bless you.

PRAY FOR THE FOREIGNERS WHO WORK IN MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES

Few months back God spoke through His prophet about the danger that will happen in the Middle East countries. And then God spoke through Him what should be done at this situation. 

Two things that has to be done is

1. Kneel and pray with tears.

2. Then come out of the country when God says to do so.

Recently the prophet of God through whom God spoke about this danger along with some other great servants of God discussed about this in a TV program. They quoted Matthew 24:15-18.

“Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (whoever reads, let him understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes.”

They said that the people who went to work in the land of Middle East countries should pray to God and ask for His revelation about the danger of war ahead and they should listen to God’s voice and leave the country at the right time. Otherwise as God has revealed, their life will be in a serious danger.

Recent news states that the American War planes have already landed in the Middle East countries to fight against Iran. At any moment war might get started in those regions. Once it gets started there won’t be any way of escape to get back to the native country.

As many Indians were living in the Middle East countries it is our duty to join hands with their family to pray for their protection and to pray that they leave the Middle East countries at the right time before the beginning of war.

People who live there should not hesitate to return back and they should not delay for any other reasons like protecting wealth and so on.

Let’s take God’s prophecy in a serious way and pray for those who live in Middle East countries.

PRAY FOR INDIA & AMERICA

Recent statistics of America states that the divorce rates are getting decreased in recent days. You might say that we should be happy about it. But the reason behind the decrease of divorce rate is that people are living in ‘get together’ relationship as they lost belief in marriage. We should understand that the marriage relationship is ordained by God. If we have some relationship outside marriage, it will bring God’s wrath in our lives. So we should pray that people should not listen to devil’s lie and they should look to God for counsel. Also divorce should not happen in those people lives that were already married. If we turn back to God from our sinful ways, He will listen to our cries and will bless America.

Jesus Christ says in Mark 10:6-9, “But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife and the two shall become one flesh; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, let not man separate.”

When we divorce and marriage another person, we have to know we are committing adultery. Pray that the people should not commit the sin of adultery.  

Recent news from India states that nearly 30 million people had participated in the kumbhmela festival. People who participate in this festival believe that their sins will be forgiven if they dip themselves in the river of Ganges. And every year many people are dying due to stampade and accidents that happen during their pilgrimage. Imagine what will happen to their souls once they die? In one festival nearly 3 crore people are going behind a wrong belief thinking idols will save their life. We can never blame them for what they are doing. Their intention is to get forgiveness from their sins but they are choosing a wrong way. It’s our duty to pray for these souls so that they will know Jesus Christ, the Savior who can save them from their sins and can give eternal life.

Bible says like this:

“You shall have no other gods before Me. You shall not make for yourself a carved image-any likeness of anything that is in heaven above or that is in the earth beneath or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God…” – Exodus 20:3-5

WHO WILL PRAY FOR THESE UNSAVED SOULS?

Being a Christian, are you proclaiming Gospel to the people who had never known Christ in their lives? As you start praying for the souls who run behind idols, take a decision to proclaim Gospel to your neighbors who were worshiping idols.

As I thought of writing this article, Holy Spirit reminded me about one biblical verse.

“You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.” –Exodus 20:7

In these modern days, we tend to use the name of God so casually. I heard that the Hollywood movies use the name of Jesus Christ in a meaningless way. If we continue to do so, it will not bring blessings in our lives. His Name is the Holiest name. Let’s pray that our people should not use the name of Jesus Christ without reverence.

PRAY FOR YOUNG GIRLS IN INDIA & AMERICA - NEED OF THIS HOUR

My dear friends, we as God’s children hold the responsibility to pray for our nation. As we are seeing with our own eyes many evil things are happening around us. Bible says in Jeremiah 29:7 that we have to pray for the city in which we are living. We will have peace if our city has peace.

Today I urge those who are residing in India and America to pray for the young children especially girls who were getting kidnapped for unknown reasons. Let me present to you some of the statistics regarding these two countries.

INDIA:

1.      In the past ten years 3.3 million young girls who were under the age of ten was found missing.

2.      In the capital city Delhi alone, every year nearly 5000 girls are getting kidnapped.

3.      In the southern part of India especially Tamil Nadu, 200,000 young girls were found missing in the past ten years.

No one knows where these girls are and for what reason they are getting kidnapped. Government was simply presenting the statistics but they are not taking any useful measures to protect the young children.

As the children of God, we have two choices in front of us: a) You can sit in your home or office and you can blame the Govt authorities for all that are happening in the country or b) You can pray to our God who actually protects a nation and its people.

What are you going to do? Pray for your nation so that you will live in peace.

AMERICA:

1.      Every year in the U.S, 100,000 children are involved in prostitution.

2.      In five major cities it was found that 300,000 domestic minors were involved in prostitution.

3.      The average entry age of American minors into the sex trade is 13.

4.      Seventy-two percent of girls in substance abuse and probation diversion programs have a history of commercial sex.

The Government authorities could not find even one percent of the victims. Human trafficking has become a threat to the authorities. Most of the young girls who were kidnapped were used as sex slaves.

When you hear the news of kidnapping or sexual assault on a young girl or child, does your heart cries unto the Lord with heavy burden? Do you have the pain in your heart as if your own child or your own daughter was affected? Or you were taking the news casually as regular ones?

My dear friends, it’s time to change your attitude towards what was happening in your country. How come God will bless our nation if such things happen around us? These sins will surely bring curse upon our nation and not any blessings.

Pray for the safety of young girls in your nation. God will bless you.
