Today I stand clueless
about what is happening around me.

Battle with sins I had
faced.
Thought I would
overcome the temptations and lust by my own strength,
Alas... I was rejected
and guilt filled my heart.
I stood discouraged
and depressed,
But then came Jesus Christ,
who showed me His love and said,
“I will never cast you
away.”
His word and blood
removed all the guilt,
He battled for me and
victory was mine.

Battle with false
allegations I had faced.
These were thrown upon
me by those who had never known me,
I told to myself that
I would assert my innocence,
I tried to prove
myself right but all my attempts were in vain.
But then came Jesus Christ,
who showed me the way and said,
“I will defend you.”
It wasn’t just mere words
but He did the same,
and raised me in front
of everyone.

Battle with pride I
had faced.
Thought I was the
reason for all the success in my life,
Thought I will do all things
with my own strength,
And There I stood with
failures and dejection,
But then came Jesus Christ,
who showed me His life and said,
“I will give you the grace
to learn from My life.”
He taught me how to be
humble,
And then I was modest
and victorious.

Battle with enemies I
had faced.
They tried to destroy
my life,
I stood weakly before
them,
I tried to fight but I
could not overpower them,
But then came Jesus Christ,
who gave me His strength and said,
“My strength will be
made perfect in your weakness”
He gave me His
strength and I won the battle against them.

But today, I was
standing clueless about what was happening around me,
I had never faced any
kind of battle like this before,
For this battle is
against my family life and it was thrown at me by my loved ones,
I had never thought
that my relatives will come against my life,
But here they are
condemning me with their words,
I don’t know what to
do and I was confounded,
Then I heard the voice
of Jesus Christ speaking to me,
“No man shall be able
to stand before you all the days of your life.
As I was with Moses,
So I will be with you.
I will never leave you
nor forsake you. “
Those words brought so
much comfort to my life,
For I know my Lord
will fight for me and give me victory,
And I need not heed
about my enemies.
But I prayed to God,
“Please do not destroy
their lives, for they are my own,
But instead give me the
grace to stand victorious in your glory.”
