STILL HE WALKED - HEART TOUCHING POEM (AUTHOR UNKNOWN)

He could hear the crowds screaming "crucify" "crucify"...
He could hear the hatred in their voices,
These were His chosen people.
He loved them,
And they were going to crucify Him.
He was beaten, bleeding and weakened... His heart was broken,
But still He walked.


He could see the crowd as He came from the palace.
He knew each of the faces so well.
He had created them.
He knew every smile, laugh, and shed tear,
But now they were contorted with rage and anger...His heart broke,
But still He walked.


Was he scared?
You and I would have been.
So His humanness would have mandated that He was. He felt alone.
His disciples had left, denied, and even betrayed Him.
He searched the crowd for a loving face and He saw very few.
Then He turned His eyes to the only one that mattered
And He knew that He would never be alone.
He looked back at the crowd, at the people who were spitting
At Him, throwing rocks at Him and mocking Him and He knew
That because of Him, they would never be alone.
So for them, He walked.


The sounds of the hammer striking the spikes echoed through
The crowd. The sounds of His cries echoed even louder,
The cheers of the crowd, as His hands and feet
Were nailed to the cross, intensified with each blow.
Loudest of all was the still small voice inside His
Heart that whispered "I am with you, my son",
And God's heart broke.
He had let His son walk.


Jesus could have asked God to end His suffering,
But instead He asked God to forgive.
Not to forgive Him, but to forgive the ones who were persecuting Him.
As He hung on that cross, dying an unimaginable death,
He looked out and saw, not only the faces in the crowd,
But also, the face of every person yet to be,
And His heart filled with love.
As His body was dying, His heart was alive.
Alive with the limitless, unconditional love He feels for each of us.
That is why He walked.


When I forget how much My God loves me,
I remember His walk.
When I wonder if I can be forgiven,
I remember His walk.
When I need reminded of how to live like Christ,
I think of His walk.
And to show Him how much I love Him,
I wake up each morning, turn my eyes to Him,
And I walk.

GHG - 10 (GOD WILL GUIDE AND PROTECT YOU)

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with my eye.” – Psalms 32:8

When I had completed my secondary school exam on the year 1999, as all my friends had joined higher secondary studies my desire was also to join the same. But my parents wanted me to do diploma studies. I had no knowledge about God’s will on that age. So I persisted with my own desire but finally my parent’s persistence succeeded and I had joined a government polytechnic college where diploma course was offered.

My first year was so tough because of the two maths subject and even I got arrears in one of those subjects. At the end of my first year I was standing as a failure which I could not accept at all.

I know that the next two years I will be in the department related to my course as first year will be taught in a common way. I entered the department as a failure expecting my days in the department will bring happiness to my heart.

The very first day, Head of the department (HOD) came to teach as he was handling a subject to us on that semester. I was shattered when I saw the way he entered the class. Usually we know that a teacher will enter the class with chalk or with some papers.

But my HOD entered the class with cigarette in one hand and one glass of tea in another hand. In the days to come, I saw him teaching to us while he will be smoking. In a period of 50 minutes he will smoke at-least 3 cigarettes and will drink two cups of tea.

Not only that he smoke while teaching but at times during the class he might not have enough cigars. Immediately he will ask few of us some questions. Mostly students will not answer such questions which were asked to them suddenly. Once we do not answer his questions he will send two of us to buy cigars with our own money and one of us to buy tea for him.

If he smokes on his own money, he will buy an ordinary cigar but if we have to but it for him he will insist us to buy costly cigars. When I saw all this, my heart was perplexed and I don’t know what to do for he is the HOD who will be taking theory and labs all the semester of our course.

As I took all this matters to Jesus Christ in prayer, He gave me His counseling. God told me not to buy cigar for the HOD at any circumstances and also He promised me that He will provide me His grace to do so.

Let me tell you my dear young friends, I studied under the leadership of my HOD for two full years and I went to some of his tuition classes too. But God has never let me down. By God’s grace I had never bought even one cigar to my HOD. There were times he had asked me questions and I didn’t answered the questions properly. But all that he will ask me to get is a cup of tea for him. All through the two years, I had never got him a single cigar. Somehow he came to know that I will not get a cigar for him but he never took any revenge nor showed any anger to me. 

My dear young friends, even you might be facing a toughest situation in school or college or office where your authorities might insist you to do something against the will of God. Do not get discouraged. Take it to God in prayer. He will set His eyes upon you and will guide you. As His eyes are upon you, no one can come against you for He will battle for you. You will be protected by Him. Do not compromise at worldly things. Stand for the glory of God. Jesus Christ will stand for you and will protect you. 

My HOD was a talented person and knowledgeable person. He used to take coaching classes for the students who appear for the entrance exam for a degree course in a government college. Mostly the students who attend his coaching class alone will get through the exam. I was afraid to attend his coaching class because of the above said matters. 

Did I attended his coaching class and did I clear that entrance exam?

TO REFLECT

HUMBLE YOURSELF, YOU WILL RECEIVE A MIRACLE (TAKEN FROM A SPIRITUAL MAGAZINE)

“Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” – I Peter 5:5

Now when Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, pleading with Him, saying, “Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented.”

And Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.” The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that you should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed. For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, ‘Go’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘do this’ and he does it”

When Jesus heard it, He marveled and said to those who followed, “Assuredly, I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel!”

We read in Matthew 8:5-13 that the centurion’s servant was healed that same hour.

When Jesus went through all the towns and villages doing good to the people, he entered a town called Capernaum. It was here that He met the centurion, a Roman official. When the centurion pleaded with Jesus for healing, the Lord did a miracle to his servant. Because this centurion was a man of authority, it is possible that he would have invited all the famous doctors in that area to treat his servant’s illness.

However, it was all in vain. Finally, when he came to know about Jesus Christ, he went up to Him, humbled himself, made a supplication and received a miracle.

Perhaps you are in a similar situation today. Perhaps you are thinking that despite your best efforts at resolving that pressing issue, the sickness remains, the problem persists, the pain remains, the debts accumulate, the marriage is still a long way, the baby that you long for is still a dream. You are hurting and wondering if God will never perform a miracle for you.

Jesus Christ, who answered the centurion’s supplication, is going to grant your wish and perform a miracle for you today.

Perhaps you are disappointed that while the miracle continues to elude you, it seems to happen all the time to people around you. Perhaps you are wondering why despite praying for several years, nothing seems to be happening in your life. Jesus Christ is not partial. He loves all and He works in the lives of everyone. So, are you wondering why that miracle you are praying continues to elude you?

When the centurion approached Jesus Christ, our Lord saw something very unique in him. If your maid or servant is ill, we don’t go with them to the hospital. We would give them some money and ask them to consult a doctor. But here was a high ranked roman official going in search of Jesus for his servant. What did Jesus see in him? He saw that centurion loved his servant like he loved himself. Secondly, Jesus saw that the centurion was humble.

In those days, the Jews were under the Romans. The centurion was a high ranking officer. He could have remained at home and asked one of his soldiers to go, fetch Jesus.

In the world’s eyes, Jesus Christ was the son of a lowly carpenter and because of this fact some religious leaders did not give any importance to Him. Contrast this is the attitude of the centurion.

He realized that Jesus was Lord. He knew he was not worthy that Jesus should come to his home. So he humbled himself and went to seek Jesus. Jesus saw his humility and decided to delight him by doing a miracle for him.

If you humble yourselves in the presence of God today, surely He will do a miracle for you.

THOUGHT 17 (WATCH AND PRAY)

“The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by the day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The Lord shall preserve your going out and coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore. “ – Psalms 121:5-8

In Bangladesh a servant of God named ‘Andrew’ was proclaiming the Good News. One day a man entered his house and showed his gun in front of him. Evangelist Andrew as he was looking at the gun was wondering, “why the man who had come to kill him was yet to shoot?”, the murderer shivered with fear and ran away from the room.

After few minutes the telephone rang in the house of Eva. Andrew. In the telephone the murderer spoke saying: “Few Muslim officials sent me to kill you. They also had promised a big gift for it. In order to come to your house I came from a far away place driving through so many places.

When I entered your house and tried to shoot you, suddenly I was unable to pull the trigger of my gun as my fingers froze. Then I was scared and I ran out of your house.”

At that very moment, Evangelist Andrew thanked God who saved him. When he continued to speak to him he said, “Sir, now I am unable to move my hands. Please help me.”

Immediately he prayed for him over the telephone. The man was able to move his hands as he used to do before and was able to get normalcy in his hand movement within minutes of the prayer. Since he experienced the miracle of Jesus Christ, he came to his office to hear more about Jesus Christ. 

Evangelist Andrews shared the gospel with him lovingly by sharing a cup of tea. After forty minutes of sharing, he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior. 

Once a person, who was against the ministry of God, is now doing God’s ministry in Bangladesh.

My dear friends, God is with you and would protect you from the harms that would grieve you. God will protect you from all dangers. When you request God through prayer, then surely you will get His protection. God will protect you in such a way that nothing would harm you and grieve you. God bless you.

REVEALED PROPHECY ABOUT 2013 - AS REVEALED BY GOD TO SOME OF HIS SERVANTS

2013 will be a year of harvest and reaping.

About India:

1.      Revival fire will be poured upon the state of Tamil Nadu and it will spread across India.

2.      God will pour out His Spirit.

3.      Crowds of people will turn towards Living God.

4.      Christian will be persecuted.

5.      Many will die as martyrs.

6.      God's Ministry will face tough opposition.

7.      Children and young people will rise for Lord.

8.      Churches will grow.

9.      Lord will lift those who do His work faithfully and truly.

10. Bad things will happen.

11. There won’t be any protection for humans. Murders will happen.

12. Blood will be shed in Delhi and Mumbai and Andhra Pradesh (God’s people should pray diligently)

13. Terrorists will attack from all corners  (Prayers of the people of God will protect the nation)

14. If God’s people won’t pray, natural disaster will happen and it will destroy the lives of people.

15. Hilly regions will get affected by the natural disaster.

16. People will rise against people and destroy themselves in North India and southern parts of Tamil Nadu.

17. Earthquakes, storms will shake the hearts of the people. (God’s anger will be reduced by God’s people prayer)

About World:

1.      Signs of second coming will happen rapidly.

2.      Many rich countries will face famine.

3.      People will get affected by new diseases.

4.      New signs will emerge in skies – this will shakes the hearts of many scientists.

5.      Blood, Fire and smoke will rise from the earth.

6.      Volcanoes will erupt under the seas.

7.      Revival will come upon the Islamic Nations.

8.      Revival will come upon Malaysia and it will spread unto Arab nations.

9.      Islamic Leaders will become the servants of Living God.

10. Philippines will face danger through volcanoes and Prayer Spirit will be poured upon that nation.

12. Prayer Spirit will be poured upon America.

13. As God loves America so much He will correct and discipline them as written in Jeremiah 15:5-9,13.

14. God will pour out His Spirit upon many young people in America.

15. Prayer Revival will spread throughout America.

16. Economic crisis will remain in America.
