1 Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him...”

1. Do not try to choose somebody whom God has rejected.

When Samuel saw Eliab, he thought he was God's anointed but he was actually rejected by God.

Especially those who are unmarried, today God wants me to say to you that He expects you to choose someone who is anointed and appointed by Him for you and not the one whom He had rejected. If you yield to His words and will today, your future will be blessed.

2. Don't look at the outward appearance of someone.

Bible clearly tells us in Proverbs 31:30 that charm is deceitful and beauty is vain. Do not run behind someone who is pleasing in your sight. They might be handsome or beautiful but God looks at the heart. He knows what is best for you. 

Do not say that I am just in a casual relationship and what's wrong in that? My child, you are not called to run behind worldly things for you are called to do greater things for Me says God to you today. 

If you are already in a lust filled love relationship, today God wants you to come out of it. God's heart is weeping for you says Holy Spirit to you. 

Galatians 5:16 “I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.”

You had lost something that was so precious in your life. Somebody has ditched you. You are heartbroken and shattered. Sometimes you feel like dying and you are constantly getting disturbed by the thoughts of suicide. 

"My beloved daughter, do not weep. I will restore My joy, peace and holiness in your life. You will live for I will heal all the wounds of your heart and soul. I love you and I have compassion upon you. I have forgiven you. I promise you that I will remove your guilt as you had cried unto me. I am not against you and I have plans to prosper you. You are my beloved. I will be with you and will make you a blessing. Your future is in My hands and I will satisfy you with My goodness", says the Lord Almighty to you today.

“…Jesus went with him…” – Mark 5:24

Jesus went with Jairus. What a wonder privilege Jairus got!

1.     What made Jesus Christ to go with Jairus?

Jairus fell at God’s feet and pleaded earnestly with Him. (Mark 5:22,23)

Jairus fell at the feet of Jesus and pleaded Him to come along with him to heal his only daughter who was dying. Jesus heard his plea and went with him.

You might be crying to God to take control of your life situation and perform a miracle. Today Holy Spirit is promising you that Jesus Christ will come into your life. 

2.     Why Jesus Christ went with Jairus?

Jesus Christ went with Jairus to lay hands upon his dying daughter and to heal her.

Even today Jesus Christ is with you to do good to you through His hands.

What Jairus did to receive goodness from the Lord?

a)     He had faith. (Mark 5:23)

b)     He held onto his faith. (Mark 5:36)

Jairus had faith that if Jesus come with him and lays His hands upon his daughter surely she will be healed. With that faith he came to Jesus. Later someone came from his house and told him that his daughter was dead. Even at that moment Jairus stood with Jesus. Jesus said to him, “Don’t be afraid; just believe.” Jairus held onto his faith and received miracle from God.

Your situation might not be like the same as you desire and pray. As you begun to have faith upon God, your situation seems to go worse than before. Do not be afraid. Just believe. Hold onto Jesus and never run away from Him. He will surely do a miracle in your life. You will be astonished.
