LET NOT YOUR HEART BE TROUBLED AND AFRAID

"...Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." - John 14:27

Are you worried about your future? Do you think that you have no way to move forward? Do you feel like God is not in control of your life? Do you feel frustrated and angry about your own conduct and misbehavior?

Today Jesus Christ is saying to you, “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

Jesus Christ is with you and He will give His peace to you. He will never leave you orphan. 

You might feel very low in your heart. You might think that you have done something wrong in your life. Do not get discouraged. Jesus Christ loves you. He will heal the wounds of your heart. 

There was a young guy who committed His life to Jesus Christ and begun to live for Him. When he went to attend college, he saw a prettiest girl and soon she became his girlfriend. He loved her a lot and planned to marry her soon. But the girl came to him one day and told that she wants to marry a person who is going to amount something and she also told him that he was not that kind of guy. She never thought that he is going to make it. 

The young guy’s world fell apart and he felt so bad. He loved that girl more than anything. His heart was filled with sorrow but yet he begun to seek God and His will more intensely. Again he went to God and poured out his sorrow at His feel and surrendered his life to Him. 

Jesus Christ heard the cry of that young guy and touched his life. God poured out His Spirit upon him and used him mightily. No one has preached the gospel of God as the young guy preached and he became a world renowned evangelist. The young guy is none other than Rev. Dr. Billy Graham.

My dear young friends, you might be thinking that you are not going to achieve anything in your life. People around you might say that you are not going to make it. They think that you are a useless person. Sometimes you think in your heart that you are of no use to your family and also to God. 

Today if you pour out all your worries at God’s feet, He will lift you high. “This is not the end of your life. God’s plan for your life is greater than what you think. He will fulfil all His promises and purposes in your life. You will be called a blessing”, says Holy Spirit to you. 

So do not get discouraged. Let not your heart be troubled and neither let it be afraid. Divine peace of God will fill your life. You will be blessed. God be with you.
