“A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because
her hour has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no
longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the
world.” – John 16:21
“Days are coming in which you will
no longer remember the anguish that you are going through
in your life today. God will fill you with His joy”, says Holy Spirit to you
today.
o 1. God will turn His face
towards you. Your days of mourning will come to an end.
“Your sun shall no
longer go down, Nor shall your moon withdraw itself; For the Lord will be your everlasting light, And
the days of your mourning shall be ended.” – Isaiah 60:20
In Luke 7:36-50, we read about a sinful woman. She
was a sinner. She came to Jesus and washed his feet with her tears. She wept
and wept. Her heart might be broken and she might have felt miserable about her
own life. So she cried. Verse 44 says that Jesus turned to the woman. Her tears made Jesus to turn towards her. And then
her sins were forgiven by Jesus and she went in peace.
“ The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace - Numbers 6:26
You had shed lot of tears in the presence of God. Today
Holy Spirit says to you that God will turn His face towards you and fill you
with His peace.
2. Your heart will
rejoice and no one can take your joy away from you.
“Therefore you now
have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, and your joy
no one will take from you." - John 16:22
The joy and peace that God is promising you today will make you forget all
the worries and sorrows of your past. God will surely take away your reproach. You
shall no longer weep again for God will be your comfort says Holy Spirit to
you.
To someone out there Holy Spirit says, “You have told God that He is
enough for you whatever be your life’s circumstances. Such is your love towards
God. Though you are weeping about your situations, you are holding onto God and
His promises.” Today Holy Spirit wants me to tell you that God’s heart is
rejoicing over you and your hope and expectations will not be cut off, for
surely there is a future for you.
“…Blessed are you who weep now, For you shall laugh.” – Luke 6:21
