“Then many of the Jews who had come to Mary, and
had seen the things Jesus did, believed in Him.” – John 11:45
Many who saw what
Jesus did, believed in Him.
“You have seen God
doing greater things in your life now and then. But then what is the reason
that your faith is wavering as you now face certain tough situations in your
life?
Have you not seen God
doing mighty things for you? Have you not seen Him answering your prayers
whenever you had shed tears in His presence? Have you not felt His presence in your
life when you went through the darkness of death? Don’t you know that He is
able to do miracles in your life even at this moment? Then where is your faith
and why are you struggling in your heart and mind?”, asks Holy Spirit to someone
out there today.
1.
Believe in God. He will answer your
prayers.
“Now Isaac pleaded with the
Lord for his wife,
because she was barren; and the
Lord granted his plea,
and Rebekah his wife conceived.” – Genesis 25:21
Isaac was forty
years old when he took Rebekah as his wife. When Jacob and Esau was born, Isaac
was sixty years old. For nearly 20 years Rebekah was barren. But Isaac believed
in God who did wonders in his father’s life. He prayed to God for his wife and
the Lord granted his plea.
The Lord Almighty
who had led your family thus far will lead you in the coming days too. Your
prayers will get answered says Holy Spirit to you.
2.
Believe in God. Your
life situations will change.
“Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your son
lives.” So the man believed
the word that Jesus spoke to him, and he went his way.” – John 4:50
A nobleman came to
Jesus as his son was sick and about to die. He pleaded God to come and heal his
son. But Jesus told him a word that his son lives. He believes what God told
him and went on his way. His son got healed at the same moment.
As you put your
trust in God, your life situations will change.
3.
Remember that there is nothing too
hard for the Lord.
“‘Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the
heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is
nothing too hard for You.” – Jeremiah 32:17
The Lord who has
carried you thus far will carry you, sustain you and protect you in the days to
come. He will never forsake you.
